When a particular individual exemplifies the passion of being a nurse it should not go unnoticed. Olympia Medical Center is lucky to have a nurse who not only shows compassion and dedication towards her patients but is able to motivate others to do so. The knowledge and experience she has shared with the staff allow us to provide great care. She has helped all of us to develop the confidence to approach wounds as part of the care we provide. Our appreciation for her skills and her dedication to teaching us is unmeasurable. Thank you for helping us all be well-rounded nurses and instilling in us that teamwork goes a long way.
