Patient Voice: When I reached the patient via phone, they immediately  said, "We love her!".  

"Ashton always puts us at ease. My family member and I go every three weeks for him to receive treatment. Aston knows us and laughs with us! We have a running bet because he has lab drawn every time to see what his counts are, and she will ask, “Who won today?” This visit is not something we dread, and this nurse and the staff are the reason! As a family member, I love that she talks to him, not me. I am a nurse, and sometimes when people know that, they talk to me and not him. Not this nurse. She talks to him because he is the patient! He also has to be stuck every visit and most of the time you cannot even see where she poked- she is just that good."
