Ashwaq Saeed Badr Soltan, Bachelor of Science in Nursing

As a unit manager and a nurse leader, Ms. Ashwaq Saeed Badr Soltan has always made her team and her patients her top priority. She works well with her staff by making herself available always whenever they have concerns. She is also a friend to all. She often goes out from her administrative work to help her team whenever there are staff shortages. Over the years, she helped developed her unit by adding more value to the patients' care experience. To be more specific, she coordinated with various departments to help provide food and beverages to the patients while having their hemodialysis sessions. Moreover, she treated all of the patients under her team's care like family. As one patient recalled, "Ashwaq always helped me during my dialysis visits." Furthermore, she has also been recognized as the "Hero Behind the Scenes" in the past for her great efforts and service.
