If I were still in the workforce, I would do my best to hire her away from you.
I was a surgery patient. My Right hip was replaced. Asiaha V.RN was one of the nurses who provided me care during my 2-day stay from the start of my time there until she checked me out of the hospital. I was impressed with the professionalism of all of your employees, from the two ladies who initially checked me in on the first floor, those in the pre-operation area, the anesthesia personnel, those in the operating room, and my surgeon. Anesthesia stood out head and shoulders among all of them. To make sure my recommendation is meaningful, this is my background. 28 years in the military, retired Brigadier General. 29 years in management in the commercial arena, in the Software Development industry, the Computer Services Industry, the Broad Band Industry, the Banking Industry, and 8 years in Drug Research, and in that industry, one of the units in my Business Unit was a Phase One Hospital. Those experiences have taught me how to look at an organization as you walk through it and evaluate the Professionalism of the Business Unit and individual employees. Your Hospital is very Professional, and you are lucky to have Asiaha. She is the employee every company hopes to have: Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and the ability to listen to the Customer/Patient and provide outstanding service. I told her that if she keeps her current attitude and professionalism that she will be over the top successful wherever she goes. From the time I was moved from recovery to my room, Asiaha listened to each question carefully and addressed the question from me fully, exhibiting respect and caring in a manner that I could understand. Her professionalism is outstanding, and her ability to explain things so that I could understand and be put at ease that I was receiving great care was simply great. Ashiasa never rushed me as I was asking her for information and always made me know she was concerned for my care and well-being. She was with me from my arrival to when she personally processed me out of the Hospital. If I were still in the workforce, I would do my best to hire her away from you. She is the employee every company wants to be the customer-facing person, and she is also an outstanding Nurse. She is more than deserving of this recognition.
