This nurse exemplifies compassion, quality accountability, and collaboration. When I first got here, I was in bad shape. I was going through a lot internally and really didn’t trust anyone or know who to turn to. Tazi showed me a lot of patience and compassion. He listened and gave really good advice to me. I think he deserves this DAISY Award because he is a really good nurse. He is more than a nurse. He is a friend, a counselor, and someone you can really rely on and depend on. He doesn’t just give you meds; he gives you a helping hand and gives us all a smile. Thank you.
