Assanatu Savage, NP
In a day and age where providers are so busy, NP Savage has always taken the time to see me as a patient. Not just provide excellent care, but she has taken the time to talk to me and ask prompting questions. I have never felt rushed when seeing her. I truly appreciate her patience and commitment to excellent patient care.
On the day when I felt at my worst and lowest point, she took the extra step to get me the mental health assistance that may have truly saved my life. I know providers and busy and have limited time to talk to their patients, but she noticed something was off with me and took the extra time to inquire. Thank you, truly, for seeing me, and not just checking the box and sending me away. I answered “I’m ok” so many times during the assessment, but her instinct felt otherwise, and I really needed that.
