Assumta has worked hard and served as a nurse leader both in hospitals and in the union where she has worked as the Vice President for the professional and labour union. She has displayed good managerial skills and has served as a role model and a mentor for the young nurses. She has honorably retired from active nursing work but has continued to advise the active members to adhere to their professional and ethical standards.
