Astrid Hirsch, RN

I've never been in a hospital for long because of past experience. I try to handle my pain and not ask for anything. Unfortunately, I needed to be admitted this time for monitoring, and I was fortunate to have Astrid as my nurse. Her expertise, care, and great attitude put my worries at ease. She constantly rounded on me, asking me if I needed anything before I even asked. She cares, loves her job, and treats her patients with respect. Nurses work very hard, but when hard work is teamed with compassion and care, it does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Astrid, for advocating, caring, and going the extra mile to ease my anxiety about hospitals. Stay the nurse you are and always touch lives with your compassion and care.
