We have been in hospitals for 3.5 weeks out of the last 30 days and nobody has been able to figure out what was wrong with my wife. Her pain has had her screaming every few hours and there’s very little relief from it at all with meds. Every specialist we have seen has been a let down and we came to Northside Atlanta with the hopes of getting an endometriosis specialist. Unfortunately, the pain decided to be unbearable on a holiday weekend, and the doctor wasn’t here. Atefeh was SO nice and called the endo emergency line because she saw how miserable my wife was and explained to the doctor how urgent it was that they came as soon as possible. The doctor got here the next day on Labor Day and has agreed to do surgery this week. We fully believe that it was Atefeh who made the difference in helping get a doctor who understood that something was severely wrong, and I’m not sure what we would have done if we didn’t get the outcome that she helped us get. We have shed so many tears over this past month, and it was after we found out she was the reason he came on a holiday that we finally cried tears of joy. It was the first bit of hope for a resolution we have had in weeks. She truly is a blessing and y'all are so lucky to have her
