After having heart catheterization, it was determined that I would need open heart surgery. I had to stay at Tennova Clarksville for three days before Vanderbilt had an opening so I could be transported there for surgery. I had a balloon pump in place, so I was not allowed to move my leg. It was a very miserable time, but Aubrey went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Aubrey was a very good communicator letting me know at all times what was going on and she constantly stayed in touch with Vanderbilt's transport team. Her dedication to me and my family was greatly appreciated.
