Aubrey demonstrates service excellence by going above and beyond to make sure her patients are prepared for the catheter lab team in emergency situations. She is very supportive and comforts families throughout the process. She takes the initiative to help prepare the patient for the procedure properly. She hangs around as long as she can to make sure that she has done all that she can to make the transition into the Cardiac Cath Lab run smoothly. Aubrey is greatly appreciated by the CCL staff and call team.
