This nurse had the patience, knowledge, and time to explain to my child what the IVs were for, and how they would help. She let him see the needle and all the supplies before she attempted to start his IV. She was able to calm my child down in a stressful situation, and encouraged him to be a brave boy. I am so thankful for her!
