Aubry is simply amazing. She consistently had great energy and her bedside manner was comforting. She reminded me to walk often and informed me quite a bit about instrumentation (the IV). What was most impressive was how patient she was with a new nurse. She was always there via your communication device or in person to answer all of the new nurse's questions. I think she is an excellent role model for your nursing staff with not only behaviors but with knowledge and professionalism too.
