Audra Ernest was nominated by a co-worker who states that Audra treats her patients with sincere compassion and definitely goes beyond the call of duty. Audra takes her time to thoroughly educate her patients on how to care for themselves and their newborns and is always eager to assist her coworkers.

Audra is a true role model to her peers on the Mother-Baby Unit. She shares her expertise and sets an excellent example for both new employees and nursing students, as she serves as preceptor for new employees and clinical instructor for a local School of Nursing. Audra has developed positive relationships and is well-respected by her peers as evidenced by their agreement that she is an exceptional candidate for the DAISY Award.
