Audra went above and beyond for a patient under her care. This patient was younger and had been hospitalized for an extended period of time. It was Halloween and the patient's children would be coming to visit her in their costumes; the patient had bags of candy for them, but was so upset that they would not be able to trick or treat and that she could not take them out this year. Audra arranged for the kids to trick or treat around the nurse's station on the unit. She set up several stations where the kids could come out and trick or treat with their mom. They were all so happy and excited that they got to do this. She truly went above and beyond to help this family celebrate this holiday together.
