She is not only kind but you can tell that she has compassion, she seemed to be one step ahead of all that was going on and help make me comfortable without being asked.

When I or my husband had questions, she would not hesitate to STOP and speak with us. We never felt rushed or made to feel like our concerns didn't matter. When anyone is in the hospital - hurting and hooked up to so many things, it's so unbelievable to feel like all of the caregivers have such heart!
