Audrey Alderson, RN
Audrey was my post-op nurse. She was very kind and personable. She took excellent care of me. I liked her process of inserting the straw into the tab of the canned drink to keep it secure and easier to drink. Little things like that make a difference! Best of all she went above and beyond to ensure I would be able to obtain my pain medication at the pharmacy. I was being discharged in the evening later than expected and the pharmacy in my hometown over an hour drive would have been closed by the time I got there. So Audrey went through a lot of hoops to get the Rx switched to a pharmacy a few blocks from the surgery center. I would have been in a lot of pain if I wasn’t able to get the prescription filled that evening. I appreciate that she cared enough to make it happen. She made all the difference in the world!
