I worked with Audrey this past weekend and just continue to be blown away by her exemplary nursing bedside care. She is so thoughtful, compassionate, and empathetic. She had two challenging patients. The first was a man who was altered and in withdrawal. She was in that room every hour, making sure he was clean, comfortable, and all his needs were met. Her other patient was older and going to hospice care. Audrey made sure she was in no pain while resting in bed, was attentive to her family. She even turned the pillow over to the "cool side," and I lost my mind, thinking that it was the sweetest gesture. There are so many more examples I could give that show how incredible Audrey is, but she really shined with her patients this weekend.

Audrey makes her patients feel safe, comfortable, informed, and valued. Her over-the-top, extra actions provide these patients with the dignity and grace they deserve. She is an amazing example of all of Intermountain's core values.
