Audrey Bell, BSN, RN

When I first met Audrey, she was working as a Tech in the RTU. She was amazing. You could always depend on her to get vital signs, watch your patients, and let you know if anything was wrong or changed. She was a star tech in the RTU. Later, when she got her nursing degree & started wearing blue, you could see the difference in the kind of nurse she was compared to other new nurses. She had the wisdom and ability to plan and know what to do for her patients to make them feel listened to and comforted. She also kept them safe and watched for trends so she could escalate care if needed. She moved quickly up the rank and file because of her Great leadership skills, and she now the charge nurse lead and the leadership council leader. She’s a great example of hard-working, compassionate, high-quality care that Intermountain Health promotes.
