Audrey is one of my favorite day time nurses. Audrey is very kind, respectful, caring, charming, and the conversations we can have make me laugh and smile. I have a day that is very special to me and I will never forget. On Friday, the day I was told I have M.S., she came running in like I needed her at that moment. I lost my emotions, cried and laughed, my anxiety was through the roof. The pain from my right leg sucked that day. She came to me, hugged me, told me it's okay, and let it all out. She was there for me when I needed someone the most to be there. I cannot express my gratitude and how very thankful I am to Audrey for being there at the deepest moment for me. My emotions are getting to me right now and at this moment, my eyes are tearing up writing this, but Audrey is and will always have a spot in my heart. That day I was told I have M.S., Audrey blew my mind, by taking me to a whole other level, by comforting me, having conversations and bringing me pizza, ice cream and letting me know it's ok to cry and let everything out. Having that kind of bond with a great nurse, it feels like it's not enough to put it on paper. Audrey was there for me 4 days. I really care and respect her as a whole person and a nurse. I can say this through writing my words down on a piece of paper is not enough to show how much of a nurse she is.
