My husband was not always positive and cooperative as a patient, as he was in pain at times. Audrie was always patient and calm. She encouraged and sympathized even when his responses were not as nice as they should have been. If she said she was going to do something( meds, water, etc) she did so. She always explained what she was doing and why and did so efficiently.
