I was in the hospital for recovery after my surgery. Augusta came in for my overnight care. She was immediately bright and cheerful. Augusta was amazingly kind and attentive. She never made me feel as though I was a burden. Even though I know she had several patients that night, she made me feel as though I was the only one. As I was walking in the halls, I overheard her lending a hand to her coworkers as well.
Augusta absolutely deserves to be recognized.
