Aurora made me feel at home when needed. She was always available; she gave me a lot of helpful tips and cared really well for me. While I was there I didn't feel like I was in a hospital, I felt at home. She went above and beyond to send info to Ronald McDonald House to help me stay close to my baby when my baby was transferred out from Sierra View Hospital. It was such a stress reliever for me.
