I am nominating Aurora for her outstanding care of our Covid patients. I have witnessed the all-encompassing care she provides to these patients. She is their advocate, their cheerleader, and coordinates their care for optimal results. She develops a plan of care that includes a detailed schedule of activity, rest and nursing interventions. I believe that due to her care, patients recover and potentially recover quicker. I have witnessed a patient go from being sad, frustrated, and scared to empowered and hopeful. Aurora provides these patients with positive feedback and support to help ease their long recovery.
