I would love to thank my nurse, Austen, for all he has done during my time at Saint Francis Hospital. I really appreciate him for the time and care that he took with me during my stay. I'm 24 years old and this was my first time ever being hospitalized and not being able to go home because I was really ill, but Austen really made me comfortable and took really good care of me. There were times while being at this hospital that I began to feel sad and lose my confidence, but Austen was right there by my side to help me and uplift my spirits. I felt like we were in this together and he helped me get through this really depressing and hard time in my life. He informed me of all my procedures and answered all my questions, and if it was something he didn't know, he was sure to find out and made me more at ease. Austen is very good at what he does, and you can tell he loves his job because nursing isn't for everyone. Keep up the good work Austen!

Mr. Carter impressed me beyond imagination in rendering his professional services to me as a nurse. He saw to it without delay what I reasonably asked for, and in addition, he took time to explain to me what I wanted to know. He was very polite, fast in his response, and meticulous. I saw intelligence in him. There have been others who rendered me such services, but I find this young man very exceptional.
