I was in severe pain when trying to carry out everyday activities. Austen was so compassionate in every interaction we had. Not only did he ensure I always had everything I needed to aid me in carrying out day-to-day activities, but I could feel the love and compassion he provided each day. I am so grateful for the care he provided me. He exceeded my expectations and really stood out to me among all the care I received. One specific example is one morning I asked for my pain medication. He offered alternate ways to treat my pain other than medication, such as elevating my legs. It just really seemed like he was taking the time to listen to me and provide me with excellent care.

Austen had my mother for several days. He was very attentive to her needs. He seemed very caring and always pleasant when he checked on us often. Austen is very special to me and to my family. We won’t get to say goodbye because we are discharging us today. He was such a wonderful nurse and made an everlasting impression on my mother and my family.
