Austin Bailey, RN

Austin went above and beyond for my mom. He did regular shift checks throughout every shift. When she cried, he came in, would get her laughing, and always wanted to make sure she was dry. He checked all equipment on a regular basis. We appreciate him very much.

He kept ice packs full for her leg and kept turning her from side to side. He changed bandages often on her leg. Not many employers have an Austin. He's one in a million and always had a grin. He greeted Mom daily and made our family glad we were at the ortho hospital.

When respiratory didn't do breathing treatments, Austin stayed on them until they took care of it.
