Austin Gay, RN

We are so grateful that Austin Gay has been part of our mom‘s care team. There are not enough words to praise his efforts. My mother was an 89-year-old hip replacement patient. She had been very frightened by the experience. Austin has treated my mother with great compassion and care, going above and beyond - even told her that she is like another mother to him. 

His skilled efforts have kept my mother’s spirits up. Of even more importance to us, Austin has kept great control of her overall case. When he was treating her as her primary nurse, all of the pieces were very well coordinated. Austin consistently kept us in the loop and things went extremely smoothly when Austin was overseeing her case. We missed Austin while he was taking his well-deserved vacation! It was at the request of my mother that he is so worthy of receiving The DAISY Award.
