Austin McLaughlin, RN, BSN

A telephone call was received from the family of a patient who was in our ICU department who had recently passed. They wanted to recognize Austin for his exceptional care not just of their mother but also of them as a family. There were multiple family members on the call who all echoed the same sentiment that they could not have made it through such a difficult time without Austin's care and compassion. They felt he treated their mother like she was his mother, providing peace to the family during her final time.
