The patient wrote: Austin was my first nurse when I was brought to the floor from the Emergency Room. He made me feel safe and cared for. He thoroughly explained all of the equipment and the next step in treatment. Austin definitely helped one scared lady who couldn’t breathe to relax some. I trusted his care! I loved that he had a few jokes along the way to make me laugh. I was one happy lady!
