I will never forget the moment when Autum caught me mid-hysterics, mid-meltdown, and listened. Calmly, patiently, methodically and lovingly, she problem-solved and helped me process the situation. I will always remember how she listened and advocated for my child that afternoon.
In the weeks that we were at Women's and Children's Hospital, we felt so incredibly loved and care for. We felt truly listened to and I felt my kid was safe. It was an incredible, life-giving, hope-sharing gift.
