I cannot say enough about Autumn. She always explained what she was doing and why to give me the best care possible. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I had all I needed thru her entire shift. She always had a great attitude, no matter what was going on. I know the unit is very busy, but even though the beds were all occupied, she managed to make me feel like I was the only patient she had. That, in turn helped me have and keep a better attitude even though I felt bad.
