Autumn displayed genuine compassion and a nurturing demeanor while performing necessary and vital care practices. She was always polite and would go out of her way to listen and provide answers to the best of her ability and knowledge. If she didn't know the answers, she would find out and then explain them in easy-to-understand terms. Autumn was always willing to listen and always professional. She had a calming personality and a happy demeanor. We definitely need more amazing staff like Autumn. She is a true gift and was a blessing to our family!
