Autumn Welder, RN

After having a heart catheterization, which required a heart stent, I was unsure of what the next step was for me. The cardiologist simply stated that I would be hearing from Cardiac rehab. I had no idea what Cardiac rehab was or how I would do at rehab. I had always considered myself in shape, but now I was unsure of everything. Autumn called me and set up an appointment to explain the program.

From day one, Autumn set my mind at ease. She explained that I would be exercising at my pace and increasing time and intensity as I was able to. Autumn encouraged me but told me not to worry if I was not unable to increase each time. I always looked forward to going to rehab and talking to Autumn. You can tell Autumn truly enjoys what she does and helping people reach their goals. I would like to express my gratitude to Autumn for helping me through an anxious time in my life.
