Averi Eisaman, RN

Averi walked into the room, and it felt like a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile on her face, and even when things get busy, she never appears flustered. She does a beautiful job of managing up her colleagues. I mentioned I was unsure if one of the nurses knew how to use a specific piece of equipment; Averi was quick to tell me that I could trust this nurse and informed the equipment was something that is usually set up by the night shift. Her confidence and trust in her nursing peers helped me gain confidence and trust in them as well. She is also very good at letting patients know what needs to happen and when we can expect it to happen. If she says that she will be back at a certain time, she will be there, and she will be there with a smile on her face. Even though she is a relatively new nurse, it is clear to see she is already a blessing and a beautiful example of what nursing can be. Her positivity is infectious, and I loved having her as my nurse!
