All nurses we have had at L&D have been exceptional. Avery, however, was an angel. During our labor, Avery was with us during one of the scariest times of my husband's and my life. Our baby wasn't handling the Pitocin well, and I was asleep, taking a baby nap. Avery saw the signs and took action as soon as it happened. I'm not a nurse, but I think she could have saved our baby's life that day. She stuck with me through the epidural, c-section, and birth. She took us to the post-partum ward. I knew she was leaving us in good care, but I was still sad to see her leave. She is kind, intelligent, and a totally amazing L&D nurse. She has seriously found her calling. I am forever thankful for her care and will never forget all she did for us.
