Over the last 12 months, Avianne LaRoche has traveled hundreds of miles to support acute programs in Team Catalyst - to cover for teammate vacancies. She was also instrumental in traveling to New Jersey and serving as charge nurse for 4 weeks during the Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas implementation. Avi stepped in to manage the transition at the largest RWJB hospital and did a speculator job.
