Aylisha McClaflin, RN

I had been in the hospital for 8 days and was blessed to have Aylisha assigned to me at least 3 or 4 shifts. She was always a bright light that lifted my spirits. She has a sparkle and calmness and goes out of her way to solve any issue. On Thanksgiving, my doctor’s orders changed late in the day to allow a bit of solid food. She called my daughter to surprise me with some Thanksgiving turkey and potatoes from home! She also surprised me by taking me up one floor on the elevator to step outside for a breath of fresh air. She checked the outside air temperature first and put a heated blanket around me. She knew I needed a boost and she gave it to me. Aylisha explained everything medical to me so I knew what was happening. She cared about my troubles and made adjustments happen, such as switching burning potassium to a tablet form by asking the doctor. Thank you so much for your great care.
