Ayse was very caring and showed great compassion towards my mother during her cardioversion. My mother was very nervous, and Ayse put her at ease and earned my mother's trust. She was very informative and had great communication when explaining the procedure as well as every step of her care.
Ayse showed sympathy and compassion when she realized my mother was a hard stick for IV's. She made sure mom was not "tortured" by being poked multiple times. Even though the ER was clearly very busy at the time, she still took the time to explain everything to us and care for all of my mother's needs. Ayse showed my family and me what it's like to have a great nurse. I am very proud to have her as a member of the MCH staff.
