When I was very sick and febrile, she stayed by my side, applying cold compresses and comforting me. She gave me the best that can somebody give me. Whenever I called, she answered.
I felt her care as if I were her son and she were my mother. She sat beside me, placing ice on my neck, hands, feet, and under my arms because my temperature was 39 °C. Even when she was off duty, she came to check on me, leaving a meeting just to make sure I was okay. Her kindness and presence made all the difference, and she completely changed my impression of the service
