We were a little apprehensive to deliver at Auburn Multicare Medical Center, but Bailee Jones has helped to completely change our mind and she was fantastic during our stay.
Bailee was so helpful to us as first-time parents navigating the unexpected with jaundice and the first few days of life. She was very caring towards us and our son and was always friendly when we had questions. Bailee kept us in the know of what was going on and what to expect. She knew how we wanted to go home and when it finally came down to the last bilirubin test to be completed, and when the results came back, Bailee came into the room playing "Celebrate! Good Times" by Kool & The Gang.
It was such a great way to celebrate with us and make it a unique experience. She then helped carry our son and stuff to the car and made sure we were safe for the road. She also offered to get a manual breast pump for us if we needed it, although we already had one at home.
Bailee went above and beyond what we expected and we will consider delivering here again with our next child.
