Came in with cardiac symptoms through the emergency department and was transferred to the 3rd floor for observation. I was in low spirits due to the condition. Bailee was so upbeat and professional that she wouldn't let me stay depressed for very long. Her demeanor and competency were like a cure-all. Always smiling, very personable, and upbeat. They should have her instructing on patient interactions in nursing school. She's that good. Always on the go, helping numerous patients. I would like to thank her for her compassion and understanding. Her quick wit made me smile in an otherwise terrible situation. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to her.
