I was sitting in an ER room and becoming more agitated because no one was telling me about what was going on. It was causing a rise in my blood pressure, and I was losing control of my emotions. Baileigh came into the room and simply sat there and talked with me, helping me calm down. She told me what was happening without going into special procedures. She wasn’t there for more than a few minutes but really helped me to get on a stable basis. I had come in with left-sided weakness with the possibility of stroke. Her kindness and just listening helped me get to a point where I was an observation admit and got me to a room. I ended up going to get an MRI, and she helped gather and protect my belongings till my wife arrived back on the scene after spending the night. I just wanted to say thanks.
