My son had to go to the ER for a fractured bone. He is terrified of doctor offices. Bailey was kind, compassionate, and gentle with my son. She gave him popsicles, stickers, and hugs when he was in excruciating pain. She made our experience less scary and gave my son the best care.

A few months back I bought my daughter to the ED and the nurses on both the night and day shift were unable to successfully catheterize her after several attempts. On my most recent visit, Bailey got it first attempt. Amazing especially after having a traumatic experience last time.
