Bailey Doss, RN

In one of the most vulnerable times in my father's life, Bailey was calm in the storm. She showed him true patience, kindness, and compassion. She had qualities that brought comfort during a stressful time. She cared for my father with incredible attention to detail, never overlooking even the smallest need. Her gentle reassurance allowed him to feel safe, understood, and dignified. She treated my father as her own family and not just another warm body in a bed. Her actions made a meaningful difference in my father's experience, and we are deeply grateful. She is the very definition of what a nurse should be.
