Bailey went above and beyond duty. Not only did she take good care of my husband, but she helped me out, too. I was trying to get a refund from the airline. She helped me make an Atrium mychart for my husband and showed me where to find the information in the chart I needed to send to the airlines. Thanks to Bailey, we'll be getting a refund for the airline tickets we couldn't use because my husband had a stroke.
