Bailey provided extraordinary care to her patient. She showed such compassion and kindness to my family that I have never seen matched. My brother was in the ICU. Unfortunately, his situation became terminal over the three days that Bailey cared for him. She demonstrated such warmth, empathy, and genuine sincerity in her every word and action. Losing my brother was sudden and unexpected. She was such a great help and support to our family during this time. His death was such a shock to all of us and it really caught us off guard. Bailey’s concern for the comfort and well-being of not just our brother, but our family as well, will never be forgotten. She is a rare gem.
