This nurse just made my stay in the hospital so much better all around. She knew I didn’t want to be there, but she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relate to me on things in life, considering we are the same age. I fully believe that she deserves this award for being an amazing nurse and making her patients feel like they are truly cared about. She fought for me when she knew she was right, and it made my stay so much easier to endure. She was everything I could have asked for in that hard time. I couldn’t have thanked her enough.
