Bailey was absolutely wonderful. When grandpa took a turn for the worse and our family was called to the hospital, Bailey greeted us in his room. She was such a calming presence and told us how wonderful my grandpa was and how much she enjoyed all the stories he shared with her. During that day, he would become agitated and Bailey was the only one that could calm him. She talked a very stubborn man into doing things he didn’t want to do.

Later on in the day, Bailey pulled me aside and told me how my grandpa beamed with pride each time he shared stories about my children. She then handed me a book to share with my boys. Her kindness and thoughtfulness brought me to tears. Even though my grandpa didn’t make it home, I will never forget Bailey and the way she made my family feel at a time we were struggling so much.
