She is gentle, considerate, and so knowledgeable. She goes beyond the call of duty to make sure her patients are cared for to the utmost.
Nurse Bailey is the nicest and most professional nurse that I have encountered during my sister’s hospital stay. She took exceptional care of my sister, with a smile always on her face and a kind word to share with us all. Whenever my sister needed something or we had a question, she responded very quickly and treated us like family. It has been a true joy to have Bailey as our nurse. thanks for all you did.

Bailey exemplifies “patient care”. Her impressive knowledge, skill, personality, and professionalism are just a few adjectives to describe Baily’s character and demeanor. Whenever she entered my godmother’s room, she always took the time to make us feel at ease. Not only did she care for her, but she was also very attentive to her needs in the sincerest manner. Bailey always calmed my god mom especially when she became very anxious. Bailey, we humbly appreciate you and bless you for the future as you care for other patients and families.

We arrived on an early Saturday morning to be greeted by Bailey. I was amazed at how attentive, caring, compassionate, and genuinely concerned she was for my mother. She recognized when my mom was in pain just by looking at her face and asking what she could do to help. Bailey called her doctor and advocated for her to receive more meds to help reduce the pain. She was very friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure with which to work. I was incredibly happy and felt comfortable knowing that when I left for the night, my mom was getting top-notch care from Bailey. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, my sister, and our aunt who had traveled all the way from Detroit, to find out the status of my mom. She was very professional in all that she did, and we could tell what a team player she was when we saw her helping out her co-workers. Nurses like Bailey “make a difference” to families who worry about their loved ones when we cannot be near or present. However, I felt 100% comfortable and at peace when she was working. Bailey is an exceptional nurse who needs to be recognized.
